Store Return/Exchange

Returns will be accepted for store credit or exchange only, within 5 days of customer receiving item. Item(s) cannot have been worn, have stains, tears or odors. Returns/Exchanges cannot be made on accessories, personalized items, swimsuits, sale items, bags, or headware.

Returning by Shipping

You must contact me directly when making a return for me to approve it when shipping back. Shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer. You must have the item shipped and provide me with a tracking number within 4 days of inquire.

Refunds

When receiving a refund only your item(s) amount will be refunded. Shipping fee will not be refunded and is paid at the customers expense. Refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to deposit into your account.

Cancelling Your Order

My turn around time is roughly 10-20 days. Typically closer to 10. I will not cancel your order unless you have been waiting on your order longer than 20 days.
